Planning rates below are not yet live billing rates. Cost validation and backend enforcement are pending. Rates must be confirmed before purchase or activation. Each credit equals $0.01; opening a page must not silently launch billable work.
Standard AI job: one requested output within a total budget of 10,000 model input tokens and 2,000 output tokens, aggregated across internal calls. Larger documents, batches or multi-agent workloads require an upfront quote and approval; no silent overage. A named operation rate replaces the generic agent rate—it is not added to it.
Hosted execution: 5 credits per standard worker-minute (1 vCPU and 2 GiB), measured per second and summed across parallel workers. Larger workers require an approved quote. Queue time and platform recovery retries are excluded.
Non-AI actions: billed per completed action on each affected record, or per recipient for custom notifications. A trigger or orchestration wrapper costs 0 additional credits; only its executed actions are charged. AI steps use their AI rate, not an extra workflow-action fee.

A form-triggered assignment is one workflow action—not both a form fee and an assignment fee. A schedule or event trigger adds no charge beyond the actions it executes.
Multi-agent jobs aggregate the model work; there is no additional fee simply for Helix, MCP, an agent-pack wrapper or internal tool hops.
Rules that do not match, waits, approval pauses and mandatory governance checks do not consume credits.
Platform failures, duplicate deliveries and recovery retries must not create additional charges. A completed test that finds a defect still used runner time; an explicitly requested new run uses new compute.
Customer-owned model or runner compute is not rebilled as LoopIQ compute. Separately enabled LoopIQ automation actions remain itemized.
Certification generation costs 25 credits only when a new version is successfully persisted. Viewing, downloading again, approvals and mandatory checks cost 0 credits. Optional AI analysis or narrative generation must be separately requested; automatic background refreshes must not silently create paid certification versions.
Idea and project collaboration do not consume credits. On Paid, manual tests, human approvals, standard reports and reviewing existing evidence are also included without credit charges. Reading a saved AI result is not a new AI job.

What is included in Freemium?
Idea management and project management, including requirements, backlogs, boards, sprints and dependencies, with 5 GB of shared file storage per organization. Freemium has no subscription fee or time limit. The other platform modules require Paid.
How does the free storage limit work?
The 5 GB allowance is shared across your organization's uploaded files and attachments, not allocated per user. External links do not count unless their files are copied into LoopIQ. At the limit, remove files to free space; existing work should remain accessible. Contact us for additional storage options.
Is $4.99 the price for each module?
No. $4.99 per user/month covers the Core platform capabilities listed above. LoopIQ Analytics is an optional additional $4.99 per Analytics user/month. AI, hosted automation and custom Analytics resource usage are additional through credits.
Do usage credits expire?
No. Usage credits never expire. Buy them when you need them and use them at your own pace, without a monthly reset or use-it-or-lose-it pressure.
What does not consume credits?
Everyday collaboration, basic form submissions, manual test execution, human approvals, mandatory governance checks, standard reporting and reading existing evidence stay included. Opted-in workflow actions, advanced post-submission processing, new AI work and hosted test execution are credit-bearing operations.
Does using Helix or MCP add another credit charge?
Credits apply to the underlying AI, hosted execution or opted-in automation action, not each access channel. Basic MCP discovery and ordinary record operations do not consume credits. Calling an existing workflow through MCP does not add a second workflow charge.
Do forms and workflows always consume credits?
No. Building a form or workflow, accepting a basic submission and creating its standard intake record stay included. Executing custom post-submission actions or opted-in workflow automation consumes credits. Required approvals, security checks and deterministic release gates remain included.
How much do credit packs cost?
5,000 credits for $50; 20,000 credits for $200; 50,000 credits for $500; 100,000 credits for $1,000. All prices are USD at $0.01 per credit. These are one-time purchases, separate from the $4.99/user/month Paid subscription, and credits never expire.
Are credit packs another subscription tier?
No. LoopIQ has only Freemium and Paid. Credit packs are optional, one-time purchases for AI and automation on Paid—not monthly plans. Buying credits does not upgrade Freemium or unlock Paid modules.
How many actions will a credit pack cover?
Under the proposed rate card, 5,000 credits cover 200 certification generations at 25 credits each, 500 standard Helix answers at 10 credits each, or 5,000 one-credit workflow actions. These are alternatives, not combined allowances. AI add-ons and hosted execution consume their own itemized usage.
What does release certification generation cost?
Proposed rate: 25 credits ($0.25) for each successfully generated and persisted certification version. Opening the certification, downloading it again, reviewing it, approving it and evaluating mandatory deterministic checks stay included. Explicit regeneration of a new version is a new generation. Optional AI readiness analysis or an AI-written dossier is charged only if separately requested and quoted.
